At Junk House Creations, every item is carefully handmade or prepared with love.

Custom Orders

Because custom items are made specifically for you, all custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• Returned in the original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error with the order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards (if offered)

Refunds are issued only after returned items have been received and inspected.
